Responsibilities and Duties

Help ensure the crop is healthy and growing optimally
Works directly under the guidance of Head Grower and Assistant Grower
Assist the grower in ensuring that climate is optimal for growing conditions
Monitoring and scouting of pests and diseases
Coordinating with management on all biological programs and implementation
Supervision of IPM protocols to pest and disease management as well as compiling IPM and conventional reports for management review and action planning
Maintaining up to date records and reports
Assist in planning, organizing, training, and assigning scout duties
Assist the grower in implementation of our Food & Health Safety programs / policies/ processes
Operate scissor lifts, EC meter, PH meter and other equipment
Collect water samples
Share "oncall" alarm duties with Grower
Available to work a flexible work schedule
Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

Qualifications and Skills:
