We are currently seeking to fill the full-time Supply Chain Management Clerk position at our Toronto branch located in Mississauga.


Position Summary:


The Supply Chain Management Clerk will oversee processes involving inventory control, as well as goods that are received and delivered.


Essential Functions:


  • Performs data entry and clerical duties regarding goods received and delivered.
  • Engages in supply chain inventory control and maintains records.
  • Coordinates activities pertaining to shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:


  • 12 years experience related to supply chain management preferred.
  • Experiences in freight forwarding/logistics industry is an asset, but not required.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Must be fluent in both Korean and English.

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
