    Responsibilities



    • Prepare administer full-cycle semi-monthly salaried payroll for North America Review reconcile reports entries partner with Finance ensure accurate accounting Ensure compliance applicable legislation across North America taxes garnishments statutory deductions Administer employee benefit programs life dental vision life-insurance COBRA retirement plans Support month-end year-end audit activities T4s W-2 ROEs benefits reporting regulatory filing ACA PCORI Employer Health Tax Liaise benefit providers brokers vendors accurate deductions remittances timely invoice reconciliation Manage benefit enrolments life events changes termination serve primary point contact employee-benefit inquiries Experience Payroll systems Payworks ADP Advanced Excel skills highly beneficial Consider certifications such as CCMP CPPO current hold reputable professional certification within past 18 months from date application submission Possess post-secondary degree finance Accounting related field Two+ years experience payroll Benefits Administration Certified Professional CCA certified highly preferred Analytical troubleshooting problem-solving Skills High attention detail confidentiality organizational skills.
