_THE OPPORTUNITY_


Our positions offer the opportunity to work within a positive work environment, and competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.


_KEY RESPONSBILBITES _

  • File storage and management; including closing files and coordinating offsite storage, retrieval and destruction
  • Ordering office, coffee and break room supplies and ensuring adequate supplies are maintained in all copy/supply rooms and kitchens
  • Manages incoming and outgoing Canada post mail; including collection, weighing, postage and delivery
  • Preparing work stations for new hires
  • General Admin team support, as needed

  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds, while kneeling and bending

_TECHNICAL ASSETS_

  • Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Knowledge of postage machines and courier/postal software
  • ACUMIN knowledge an asset
  • Worldox or Net Documents knowledge an asset

_EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE_

  • Minimum Highschool Diploma
  • 1year general office administration experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a mailroom an asset
