The new 660,000 square foot facility will call London, ON home and will employ over 1,600 employees as we ramp up operations over the next few years.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life: Reporting to the Inventory Supervisor, the Inventory Administrator will be responsible for maintaining balanced inventories throughout the London facility for raw materials, packaging, ingredients, and finished goods. You will help the site achieve accurate inventory within SAP by executing regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations. You thrive in an environment that is fast paced and have a keen sense for continuous improvement. This position requires a high-level of communication and collaboration among departments with a support and team based mentality.

As an Inventory Administrator, you will:

  • Responsible for executing and supporting the physical inventory count process for packaging, ingredients, raw materials, and finished goods.
  • Supporting the investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies identified within the plant
  • Responsible for balancing and maintaining accurate inventory levels within SAP for all direct and indirect materials.
  • Maintaining and updating records as a result of the inventory counts and reconciliations.
  • Supporting the warehouse team with any finished goods label correction
  • Supporting inbound deliveries and counts of indirect materials ensuring that they are recorded and delivered to the proper internal departments
  • Adhere to safe work practices following all safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices following all sanitation and process procedures and guidelines.
  • Other project work as assigned by management

What You'll Bring:


  • 1+ years of industry experience in Inventory Management, Materials Management, Supply chain or related field.
  • Strong analytical capability.
  • Experience with inventory counts, transactions and reconciliations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
  • A strong communicator, both written and oral, who is confident, decisive, able to function within multiple groups
  • Comfortable and effective in working with all levels of a very diverse workforce
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability work and collaborate with others
