Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a high standard of cuisine.
• Create and implement menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and style.
• Train, motivate, and manage kitchen staff.
• Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Order supplies, manage inventory, and monitor food costs.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Communicate with frontofhouse staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour
