WATCH & JEWELLERY SERVICE - HUDSON'S BAY ABBOTSFORD - SEVEN OAKS
As a Retail Sales & Service Advisor for our watch & jewellery service center in Hudson's Bay, your duties include:

  • watch battery installation,
- strap & band installation and adjustments
- minor on-site repairs
- assess customer needs and offer appropriate service advice
- encourage sales in a manner which ensures quality and effective customer service
- use your knowledge to promote and recommend products and services in relation to the customers specific requirements
- prepare work orders and complete daily/weekly sales paperwork
- maintain inventory
- treat retail guests to exceptional customer service
- work well within a team environment

Qualifications:_

  • 2+ years' experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a retail or service environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience in watch and or jewellery repair would be an asset but is not required


Salary:
From $16.00 per hour


Day range:

  • Weekend availability

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Work setting:

  • Department store

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abbotsford, BC V2S 5A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
