- Building strong relationships with store managers to boost merchandising support and sales.
- Regular visits to customers, such as Delis, Meat, and Store Managers.
- Tracking product distribution to maintain market share and provide valuable insights during discussions.
- Presenting new products and programs effectively to managers.
- Generating reports to analyze distribution, pricing, and competitive activities.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales departments for store support.
- Finding and utilizing sales opportunities and influencing DSD order placements.
- Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience, preferably in the grocery sector.
- Hold a valid Ontario Class G driver's license.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a High School Diploma.

The Retail Sales Representative, reporting to the Retail Sales Manager, plays a crucial role in supporting marketing efforts for our national brands. This position directly impacts end consumers and involves engaging with store managers to promote approved Maple Lodge Farms products.
