Window Installer, Panel Plant (Head Office, located in Delta, BC)

Summary

Centura Building Systems is a construction company that specializes in the manufacturing of prefabricated exterior Wall cladding panels and steel structures.

We are currently looking for
Flashing and Membrane Installer for our Panel production.

Our factory prefabricates 100% finished wall cladding panels, that include steel stud frames, sheathing, membrane, insulation, cavity and finished material, complete with windows and flashings.

This is a full-time position.

Requirements/ Responsibilities

5 years' experience in flashing and membrane install

Working with a helper to:

Read and interpret work orders
Previous knowledge of how to use an overhead rolling crane is considered an asset/ willingness to learn operational use.
Flashing and caulking windows
Knowledge of how to Lift and Load panels onto flatbeds for shipment is an asset
Demonstrated Effective verbal and communication skills
