    What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their HR needs and develop customized, forward-looking HR strategies to align with their business goals.
  • Provide consultative services and guidance to management on employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
  • Lead change management initiatives, helping clients navigate organizational transitions effectively.
  • As part of the HR team, review and recommend enhancements to HR programs which promote and sustain our brand.
  • Add value to the workplace by driving HR best practices and sharing innovative ideas which create an exceptional corporate culture.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-7+ years of HR experience at a Generalist level, in a fast paced work environment. HR experience in a consulting/professional services environment is an asset.
  • Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar HR role.
  • A thought leader who can appropriately challenge a client and ask thought-provoking questions.
  • Demonstrated practical knowledge of Employment Standards, and other employment laws and regulations.
  • An inquisitive approach in questioning the status quo.
  • A learning and growth mindset – always looking for ways to improve and step up your game
  • An agile approach to tackling HR projects & deliverables that vary (strategic & tactical)
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism, and an ability to build strong working relationships across various disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey information in an easy to understand manner.
  • Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize. Recognition of the importance of attention to detail and quality results in all that we do.
