Receptionist - Montréal, Canada - Ideal Body Clinic

Description

We are seeking a part-time or full-time receptionist. No prior experience required, but preferred.

**Monday - Saturday**:Morning and/or evening shift

- Good verbal and written skills in both French and English.
- Good typing and computer skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and ensure excellent customer service.
- Entry of patient information
- Schedule appointments with doctors
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Invoicing
- Balancing of cash
- Photocopying, and scanning documents

**Requirements**:

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Must be able to work autonomously and within a dedicated team.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Punctual and reliable.

Nous recherchons une réceptionniste à temps partiel ou à temps plein. Aucune expérience préalable n'est requise, mais elle est préférable.

**Du lundi au samedi : Poste du matin et/ou du soir**

- Bonnes compétences verbales et écrites en français et en anglais.
- Bonnes compétences en dactylographie et en informatique.

**Responsabilités**:

- Accueillir les patients et assurer un excellent service à la clientèle.
- Saisie des informations sur les patients
- Fixer les rendez-vous avec les médecins
- Répondre, filtrer et transférer les appels entrants
- Facturation
- Balancement de la caisse
- Gestion de la messagerie vocale et des courriels quotidiens
- Photocopier et scanner des documents

**Exigences**:

- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à travailler sous pression.
- Doit être capable de travailler de manière autonome et au sein d'une équipe dédiée.
- Doit pouvoir travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide et être capable de prioriser les tâches.
- Attitude et apparence professionnelles.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation.
- Ponctuel et fiable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $15.25-$17.25 per hour
