Quality Manager

Duties:

Analyze quality control processes to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures
Develop and maintain documentation of quality control processes and procedures
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in quality management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or quality management)
Proven experience in quality management or a related role
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent project management skills
Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
