Quality Manager


Duties:


  • Analyze quality control processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures
  • Develop and maintain documentation of quality control processes and procedures
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in quality management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or quality management)
  • Proven experience in quality management or a related role
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
From $25.00 per hour
