- Project Pursuits & Marketing Support Assist with request for proposal (RFP) reviews and support proposal preparation to pursue new work.Support the preparation of materials highlighting Arcadis services and product features for potential clients and partners.

- System Support / Post System Launch: Respond to customer questions on software features and functionality.Coordinate resolution of any client issues raised with software development teams.Prepare final system delivery deliverables such as user manuals, standard operating procedures, and final design documents.Support preparation of monthly system performance reporting.Participate in monthly meeting with clients.Support preparation of change orders based on client requests for system changes or enhancements.
- Experience of 0-5 years with the design, delivery, and/or maintaining of software systems
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a similar field
- Ability to coordinate with other subject matter experts, software development and delivery teams, project managers and clients.
- Intelligent Transportation, Communications, Tolling, or Security systems knowledge is an asset
- Outstanding teamwork, written and communications skills.
- Self-motivated.
- May travel % of time to project locations for client-facing assignments.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to travel between US and Canada with standard temporary work permits arranged and paid for by Arcadis (e.g. TN Visa).
