We are looking for an
Executive Assistant that will support the Executive Leadership team of Closing The Gap.

This role is more than just calendar management, you will be an extension of the Executive Team in supporting their priorities, building their schedules, and assisting in preparing presentations and reports.


Reporting to the CEO, the
Executive Assistant will be supporting the Board of Directors Executive Chair, CEO, VP of Client Services, and VP of Finance.

You will be a trusted partner in the business and will be involved in extensive organizing, coordination, planning, and collaboration within the Executive team.

The EA's deliverables have the potential to make a big impact across CTG.

This is a permanent position based out of our head office in Mississauga.


What you'll be doing:


  • You thrive wearing different hats. Office Management is an extension of your responsibilities. Including supporting and organizing the needs of the Mississauga office such as inventory management, contract consolidation, and various office operational needs
  • You will anticipate the needs of the team and manage the expectations of the executive team.
  • You are agile and comfortable working with ambiguity. CTG is a fastpaced environment, you will have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize deliverables across the executive team. You are not afraid to take risks and learn to pivot based on the need of the business and the team, including taking on administrative projects to support the needs of CTG.
  • You understand that support also means the confidence and comfort of sharing your input on various CTG matters such as the voice of the employees, client feedback, etc.
  • You are detailed oriented and extremely organized. You will prepare materials for various meetings, proofread and format any legal documents, presentations, and various correspondence

Skills needed for success:


  • Experience in administrative and/or executive support to executive leadership in a fastpaced environment
  • You are customercentric in all things you do. Including building strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Impeccable communication skills which include interacting with people across all levels, being adept in business writing, and being detailed in notetaking.
  • Tech Savvy, comfortable using a variety of tech tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Docs, etc
  • You are curious and don't settle for the status quo. You constantly look for ways to strengthen and improve your craft as an executive assistant.
