The Position:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an

LMS and Ambassador Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinating our ambassador program to enhance the learning and development experience for our Retail, Call Centre and B2B Representatives workforce.


A little more about the role and responsibilities:

Learning Management System (LMS) Management:

  • Administer and maintain our LMS platform, ensuring all training materials are uptodate, accurate, and accessible to all Retail, Call Centre and B2B Representatives employees.
  • Develop and curate engaging learning content, including videos, quizzes, and interactive modules, to support Retail, Call Centre and B2B Representatives training needs.
  • Monitor user activity, track progress, and generate reports on training completion and performance metrics.

Ambassador Program Coordination:

  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain a team of Retail, Call Centre and B2B Representatives ambassadors who will act as advocates for the LMS and training initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to ambassadors, empowering them to assist their peers with learning app navigation and content comprehension.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative ambassador community, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Newsletter Writing and Communication:

  • Craft engaging and informative newsletters to keep Retail, Call Centre and B2B Representatives employees informed about upcoming training opportunities, program updates, and learning resources.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather relevant content for newsletters, ensuring they align with the company's branding and messaging.

Project Management:

  • Plan and execute LMSrelated projects, ensuring they are completed within designated timelines and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to coordinate training initiatives and integrate LMS training into various Retail, Call Centre and B2B Representatives processes.

Learning Process Management:

  • Assess and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning process for Retail, Call Centre and B2B Representatives employees, continuously seeking ways to enhance their development experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and training teams to identify skill gaps and create tailored learning paths for different Retail, Call Centre and B2B Representatives roles.

What you bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience with LMS administration and content development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling newsletters and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prior experience in the Retail, Call Centre and B2B Representatives industry or with Retail, Call Centre and B2B Representativesfocused training programs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of elearning trends, gamification, and adult learning principles is advantageous.
