Equipment Operator
G. Baumeister is hiring an experienced equipment operator, for a full-time position.


Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment safely, and according to relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and work plans
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment
• Clean heavy equipment as scheduled and/or required
• Ensure equipment is safely and securely stored
• Participate in routine fueling and maintenance
• Practice workplace safety
• May perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience is preferred.
• GPS experience is an asset.
• Must have your valid H2S, First Aid and CSO and ground disturbance tickets.
• Require a valid driver's license and a driver's abstract
• Experience in a construction environment or in a similar role
• Familiar with construction terms and practices
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills
• Ability to understand and effectively execute verbal and written directions
• Be geared towards safety and excellence in your daily work.

$30.00-$40.00 per hour
