- Full Time, Permanent.
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Salary and Compensation:
- $45-55k annually depending on experience
- Two weeks'+paid vacation

Job Description:
- 71 Buttermill Ave, Vaughan ON L4K 3X2 (nearby Vaughan Metropolitan center)
- Shall be a self-starter, well organized and have the ability to take direction.
- Work with vendors to get the RFQ, releasing the PO, filing, scheduling, tracing the order, shipping, making the invoice to customer.
- Direct, review, coordination and quality control of service calls
- Other duties assigned by the Office Manager
- Work in partnership with company Sales/Manager to ensure the successful completion of projects
Required Experience and Skills:
- College Diploma or University Bachelor's Degree required.
- Detail oriented, pay attention to errors in practices, and improve efficiency to practices.
- Motivated; Problem Solver; Good Judgement and Analytical skills.
- Works well under pressure and minimum supervision, independently or within a team.
- Organized and Multitasker; dedicated to completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Must speak Fluent English and have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
