- B2B sales for Office or building changes/upgrades/moves, they do not take online quotes, but BD Rep will be responsible for checking website on quote requests and setting meeting with DM
- Experience in B2B sales over construction experience; long cycle sales,
- Commissions will be paid in 6 months' time
- B2B sales' business development, lead generation and account management
- First point of contact for all lead inquires
- Develops relationships with prospects to set appointments as this candidate will go on the appointment and close deal
- Ability to find their own decision maker leads for office changes/designs
- Offer sales support once project has been completed
