We are looking for an
Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Milton, ON.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for all receiving activities, ensuring all parts get issued to the requestor or get stored in inventory
  • Create all jobs in Epicor related to Service, and Projects
  • Issue all material to jobs in Epicor and physically pick the parts from inventory
  • Work with Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to execute any of the companies Logistics requirements
  • Lead activities related to shipping ComTech and Kraus Spare parts
  • Close jobs in Epicor once work has been completed
  • Work with the Buyer to monitor when parts arrive
  • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock.
  • Record location of inventory in ERP system.
  • Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
  • Maintain materialhandling equipment by completing preuse inspections on a regular basis.
  • Report, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies timely to avoid disruptions in Service and Projects.
  • Perform cycle count inventory as required.
  • Monitor supplies of consumables (materials not tracked in inventory).
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying waste in the process, avoid low stock, overstock and minimizing inventory risk.
  • Coordinate with project managers, warehouse employees, technicians, and shipping to plan and schedule pickups and distribution of inventory items.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and verify the numbers against shipping and receiving logs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:


  • Post-Secondary degree relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory, production, or other related fields
  • Previous experience with shipping and receiving is a plus.
  • Understands the basics of the supply chain, including shipping and receiving logistics, quality assurance, equipment upkeep, and facility maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • High level of organizational skills with careful and consistent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Selfmotivated, professional, and flexible; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong skills in prioritizing work schedule according to set deadlines.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities, critical thinking, selfmotivated, with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Familiar with PPE and safe shop work practices. Good understanding and knowledge of all current safety rules and regulations.
  • Capability of sustained physical effort while working with average and heavy weight materials lbs.).
  • Forklift experience is an asset.
