West Coast Packaging Supply Ltd. is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative/Driver to join our team.

The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the customer service experience for West Coast Packaging Supply Ltd.

The CSR needs to be an ambitious individual who provides exceptional customer service, focused on sales growth, and possessed a natural ability to connect with customers on the phone or in-person to grow sales and develop customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Build a positive relationship with customers by providing information and solutions they need, but also providing information to help them resolve complaints
• Process invoices, sales orders, quotations, and order confirmations to send customers
• Assist customers with order status and follow up on aftersales issues
• Scheduling supplier/vendor pickups and customer deliveries
• Managing customer expectations, delivery deadlines, and pricing
• Forecasting customer needs based on historical product acquisitions
• Stay uptodate on all changes in the industry and be able to provide feedback on any changes or changes in process
• Prospecting for new customers

Qualifications:

• Inside and/or Outside Sales experience

years of customer service experience required; - 5 years of experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude and good work ethic is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Ability to communicate effectively with others both inside and outside of the company.
• Proficient with MS Office Applications including Outlook, Excel, Word. Familiar with QuickBooks is an asset
• Car required, as some customer visits will be necessary
• Hardworking, punctual, organized, reliable with a positive and mature attitude. Ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic with a high level of integrity
• Familiar with the Industrial Sector products and services
• Time management

Salary:
$15.65-$25.02 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
