ENTEGRA Solutions is the global leader in Ultra-High Resolution (UHR) pipeline inspection technologies.Helping pipeline owners and operators reduce risks and minimize costs, we deliver the shortest and lightest combination In-Line Inspection (ILI) tools on the market.
UHR Axial Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL), UHR Caliper (CAL), Inertial Mapping Units (IMU), and Cathodic Protection Current Mapping (CPCM).We are looking to add a Project Manager to our engineering team based at the Global Technology Center in the heart of downtown Vaughan, Ontario.
Duties:
- Define Capex and R&D project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Assist Mechanical Engineering Manager with administrative tasks related to engineering changes and process documentation.
Expected skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel, Teams, OneNote.
- Strong knowledge of product development processes and program management principles.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background in engineering considered an asset.
- Machine design and build experience considered an asset.
