- Actively participate in the technical evolution of the company's IT assets.
- Design, deploy and manage desktop management strategies using SCCM, Intune and Active Directory.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure device compliance, data security and centralized management of users and computers.
- Implement software updates and patches for systems managed by SCCM and Intune (Packaging).
- Provide level 3 technical support for problems related to SCCM, Intune and Active Directory.
- Participate in the implementation and delivery of technology projects.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10/11 products
- Ability to resolve complex issues related to SCCM, Intune, Active Directory and GPO level 3
- Microsoft SCCM, Intune and/or Active Directory certification an asset
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (regular exchanges with teams in Canada, the United States and Latin America)
- Teleworking in hybrid mode (1 day per week on-site)
