A leading Beauty Supply company located in Toronto is seeking a customer service representative.

The CSR will take orders over the phone from customers and resolve customer concerns. The CSR will need to have a good knowledge of all products, pricing, and customer service policies.

The CSR will gain an in depth knowledge of our accounting software and will be able to create orders independently for customers.

Accuracy of orders is a must as you are the only contact with the customer and all further actions by other employees follow the instructions that you provide.

Position Duties

• Comfortably talk to customers on the phone to be able to provide the best suited ice solution for them.
• Tactfully resolve customers complaints on the phone in order to retain and satisfy customer concerns
• Follow up with quotes for customers
• Accurately record customer information and interactions within our company CRM
• Accurately complete all orders and hand them into dispatch for fulfillment
• Process payments
• Bilingual (Frenchenglish is a plus)

Salary:
$16.00-$21.25 per hour
