Accident Benefits Coordinator:

You would be reporting to and taking instructions from Law Clerks. You will be working on up to 200 files.

Among others, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Requesting and following up on productions
  • getting all reports/ letters/ etc.
  • Receiving and completing various OCF Forms
  • Overall daily file maintenance and organization/naming of file material
  • Scanning all mail and faxes into the system
  • Contact with rehabilitation facilities, adjusters and clients

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Diploma or Certificate
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to take instructions, work in a team setting and independently
  • Experience with Filevine and PC Law is ideal
