Duties:

As a Human Resources Assistant working in staffing, you may be asked to:
Maintain electronic staffing files, ensuring that all required documentation is on each file
Draft advertisements and notifications to staff positions using the Public Service Resourcing System (PSRS) (what you are looking at right now)
Prepare and maintain assessment board reports in Excel to track the assessment results from selection processes
Liaise with clients to request documentation and information
Collaborate with the Human Resources Advisor to support the client's staffing needs
Complete data entries in a Human Resources Information Management System

Ex1 Experience in providing human resources administrative support services.


Experience:

AEx1 Experience in using a HR information management system (such as PeopleSoft) to complete job related functions.
