- Ideate new construction toy concepts.
- Create product development sketches, block constructions, formal and functional research, and define decorations & colors.
- Develop deep knowledge of licensed properties.
- Realize 3D study models (mock‑ups and prototypes).
- Produce presentation images & product submissions.
- Participate in cost and feasibility analysis.
- Develop new 3D parts for injection, ready for integration into the system.
- Plan & generate images for instruction booklet assembly.
- Collaborate closely with Engineers, Project Managers, Brand Managers, Graphic Designers, and other departments.
- Present concepts in formal presentations.
- DEC or bachelor's in industrial design or equivalent experience.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Passionate about design and the construction toy industry.
- Mastery of hand sketching & model making.
- Excellent project presentation skills.
- Strong initiative and teamwork skills.
- Creativity and resourcefulness solving challenges.
- Attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Willingness to improve, learn, and evolve.
- Respect deadlines and control product budgets.
- Powerful user of 3D-2D software (SolidWorks, C4D, Adobe Suite…).
