This is a role for a humble, hungry, creative and strategic marketer who will spearhead the development and execution of campaigns and initiatives designed to build the Service brand, establish thought leadership, grow awareness of company culture to drive recruitment, and advance the corporate mission.

  Improved market intelligence: through a deep understanding and ability to do quantitative and qualitative analysis of the marketplace and customer segments

Systematic demand generation: using techniques like design-thinking, create messaging and processes that identify and generate a constant flow of top of funnel prospects with a job-to-be-done that aligns with our value proposition

Increased customer adoption: through great storytelling on new and existing products and features, problem space and the solutions

Market-leading services and products:by a deep understanding of the customer, market and our business operations provide the product delivery team with the lens they need to focus on our unique value proposition

Market share growth:by driving better customer understanding of product's value, increase market-fit and support strong expansion of market share as measured by revenue and market penetration

Responsibilities:

• You will report to the Director of Product Marketing and will work closely with crossfunctional stakeholders including senior leadership
• Develop specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product positioning within the competitive landscape
• Develop product positioning in the marketplace.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive data and buyer needs to deliver actionable insights
• Design models and implement initiatives to improve CLV and reduce CAC
• Develop process and framework around gotomarket, market segmentation, product launches and messaging.

Skills and qualifications:

Proven track record in developing personas, value propositions, and mapping and go-to-market strategies:

• Highly skilled at analytical decision-making and ability to diagnose business issues and resolve problems
• Ability to gather intelligence from data, present findings and decisions, influence executive stakeholders, and execute independently on initiatives
• Ability to work crossfunctionally, command respect, and influence without authority

  ech, techservices, and/or brand building experience:
• 
  Outstanding oral and written communication skills:

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 5 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.
