Description
This fast-paced position will be responsible for generating shower door quotes, completing orders from start to finish, administrative duties, and ensuring customer satisfaction for all.
Responsibilities:
- Personal contact with walkin and telephone customers as well as contractors and home builders.
- Prepares shower door estimates, including design consulting.
- Secure customer approval of offer to purchase.
- Work with staff to ensure postorder changes are implemented correctly.
- Complete all pertinent documentation.
- Collect customer payments.
Qualifications Required:
- Previous successful sales experience (Minimum 1 year).
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints an asset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly developed ability to balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
