Description

This fast-paced position will be responsible for generating shower door quotes, completing orders from start to finish, administrative duties, and ensuring customer satisfaction for all.


Responsibilities:


  • Personal contact with walkin and telephone customers as well as contractors and home builders.
  • Prepares shower door estimates, including design consulting.
  • Secure customer approval of offer to purchase.
  • Work with staff to ensure postorder changes are implemented correctly.
  • Complete all pertinent documentation.
  • Collect customer payments.

Qualifications Required:


  • Previous successful sales experience (Minimum 1 year).
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints an asset.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly developed ability to balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

$20.00-$25.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Winnipeg, MB R3H 0L3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
