  • Here is what you will be doing each day:

    As our Sous Chef, you will be working with our Culinary team to passionately assist in the creation of delicious dishes in the restaurant and banquets. You'll help lead and guide our kitchen team to ensure guest satisfaction, establish the day's priorities and assign production and preparation tasks for staff to execute.

    Qualifications

    Previous Chef or Sous Chef experience required.
