Description
Brandt is currently looking for Parts Planner in our Regina location.

Working with the Parts Planning Lead, the Parts Planner is responsible for the implementation of all processes relating to service parts, including assigning key attributes, setting stocking criteria, developing parts publications, and reviewing engineering changes.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assign all part attributes, such as part categorization, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and other relevant information, into the company's Master Data sources for all service parts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Support team to ensure efficient setup of parts associated with Product Improvement Programs (PIP's) and Service Bulletins, which are crucial for maintaining the highest level of equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to implement parts planning strategies and accurately update part attribute data in response to Engineering part design changes.
  • Analyze parts inventory data to identify trends, demand patterns, slowmoving items, and surplus stock, enabling datadriven decisions to achieve optimized inventory stocking levels.
  • Proactively recommend and implement actions to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in parts planning and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with various crossfunctional teams, including Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Operations to address partsrelated challenges and ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of parts publications.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
