YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Your duties and responsibilities for the first 18 months will include:
• Create marketing packages for clients using Adobe Photoshop and GIS mapping software.
• Producing marketing materials and preparing Offers to Lease using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assisting with ongoing marketing activities, including maintaining our website, enewsletters and eblasts, content for social media, planning trade shows and conferences, and managing our contacts database.
• Conducting market research, including researching properties.
• Acting as the main point of contact for copying and internet services company.
• Assisting brokers in their daytoday activities and supporting General office duties as required.
• After 18 months, Sitings will work with you to build a brokerage career in Retail Leasing.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• You are an energetic, resourceful, and resultsfocused person who is committed to owning your role and your growth.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Postsecondary degree or diploma from UBC Commerce (Real Estate) or BCIT (Real Estate).
• Real estate license is asset.
• Excellent organizational, multitaking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
• High attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and result orientated.
