Accounts Payable Specialist

Our Accounts Payable Specialist participates in the accounts payable function of the Maple Reinders Group and its affiliated companies by providing timely and accurate job cost reporting and maintaining honest and acceptable relationships with its suppliers while looking after the company's best interests.

The Accounts Payable Specialist assumes a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

**Assisting with the matching of invoices to related POs and backup documentation.**:
Seeking invoice approvals via our online digital Portal from Regional or Project Managers

Reviewing of A/P vouchers and POs prepared by administrative staff in Maple Reinders Divisional offices and adding appropriate supplier codes, as well as checking for compliance with P.O. balance and terms

Processing employee expense claims

Capturing available discounts where appropriate

Handling A/P phone queries
:

Reviewing supplier statements to track down account differences

Reconciling and distributing petty cash account activity for Maple Reinders Divisional offices and replenishing accounts as required

Various other tasks as assigned.
