_Marino's Automotive Group is looking for a Car Care Representative at Marino's Fine Cars Subaru in Etobicoke _
The Car Care Representative is responsible for developing ongoing and long-term relationships with customers.

Car Care Representative at Marino's Automotive group provide a high level of customer service by ensuring all Customer and inventory vehicles are in top condition.

As a team player the Car Care Representative strives to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership.

Job Duties:

Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
Conduct a walkaround of customer vehicles, identifying work to be done.
Pickup and deliver customers to their destinations while their vehicle is in for service.
Take vehicles through the car wash.
Handle all customer inquiries and concerns with genuine intent.
Ensure the service drive through area is clean and organized.
Assist with tire inventory, moving tires to assigned storage area.
Actively maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and lot.
Monitor vehicles for damages and blemishes.
Park and arrange vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and space.
Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Additional duties as assigned.
The desire to provide a high level of customer service.
Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry light to heavy loads.
Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
Selfmotiving with excellent work ethic
Loves a fast pace environment.
A valid G class driver's license and a clean driving abstract.
