What you'll do:
- Collect and analyze financial and project data to support decisionmaking and forecasting.
- Assist with the preparation of project plans, budgets and financial projections.
- Assist with preparing project reports and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Track and report on investments and financial portfolios
- Conduct cost analysis and assist with costsaving initiatives.
- Build financial models and perform scenario analysis to support decisionmaking.
- Assist with various adhoc finance and business projects as needed.
- Demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges and support other business objectives.
What we're looking for:
- Currently attending University or College with minimum completion of your first year of study
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A team player
- Superior organizational, multitasking and timemanagement skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fastpaced work environment.
- Welldeveloped people skills: ability to interface members and program partners, with tact and diplomacy
