About the opportunity


What you'll do:

  • Collect and analyze financial and project data to support decisionmaking and forecasting.
  • Assist with the preparation of project plans, budgets and financial projections.
  • Assist with preparing project reports and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Track and report on investments and financial portfolios
  • Conduct cost analysis and assist with costsaving initiatives.
  • Build financial models and perform scenario analysis to support decisionmaking.
  • Assist with various adhoc finance and business projects as needed.
  • Demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges and support other business objectives.

What we're looking for:

  • Currently attending University or College with minimum completion of your first year of study
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A team player
  • Superior organizational, multitasking and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fastpaced work environment.
  • Welldeveloped people skills: ability to interface members and program partners, with tact and diplomacy
