About the Role:
The Office Assistant works in a busy office environment and must efficiently multitask between various assignments. This position plays a key role in providing general administrative support to the management team.

Essential Functions
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
- Excel data spreadsheet creation and management
- Miscellaneous data entry/word processing
- Create memos, correspondence, reports, & agendas
- Send, receive, sort, and route mail, including FedEx & UPS
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, scanners, phone systems, and computers
- Manage office documentation using computerbased software
- Submit and file invoices
- Ongoing upkeep and organization of the office entryway, kitchen & supply closets
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Other duties as assigned
- Essential Functions of this position are to be performed at a Companydesignated office
- Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industryspecific professional and ethical standards
About You:
Qualifications
years of office administrative experience is required
- High school diploma or GED is required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to problemsolve
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and keep pace within a busy office environment
