HRIS Specialist

Overview:

Responsibilities:

HRIS System Management - System Integration:

Oversee the integration of HRIS with other systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across platforms.
Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to streamline data flow and system interoperability.
Evaluate and recommend integration solutions to optimize HRIS functionality.

Project Coordination:

Lead and manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and project objectives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define objectives, and deliverables.
Liaison with HRIS vendor

Data Ownership and Governance:

Establish and enforce data ownership policies, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Implement and maintain data governance practices to enhance data quality and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards and ensure adherence to best practices.

Maintenance and Optimization:

Conduct regular audits and assessments of HRIS data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements working with vendors on product updates and new releases.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to recommend and implement best practices.

User Training and Support:

Provide training to endusers on HRIS functionality, data entry, and report generation.
Act as a point of contact for user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
Engage necessary stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues when required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in HRIS project management, system integration, and data governance.
Indepth knowledge of HR systems (preferably Dayforce) and their functionalities.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Certification in project management, change management, business analysis or HRISrelated fields is a plus.
