HRIS Specialist

Overview:


Responsibilities:


HRIS System Management - System Integration:

  • Oversee the integration of HRIS with other systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to streamline data flow and system interoperability.
  • Evaluate and recommend integration solutions to optimize HRIS functionality.

Project Coordination:

  • Lead and manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and project objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define objectives, and deliverables.
  • Liaison with HRIS vendor

Data Ownership and Governance:

  • Establish and enforce data ownership policies, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Implement and maintain data governance practices to enhance data quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards and ensure adherence to best practices.

Maintenance and Optimization:

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of HRIS data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements working with vendors on product updates and new releases.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to recommend and implement best practices.

User Training and Support:

  • Provide training to endusers on HRIS functionality, data entry, and report generation.
  • Act as a point of contact for user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
  • Engage necessary stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues when required

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HRIS project management, system integration, and data governance.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR systems (preferably Dayforce) and their functionalities.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Certification in project management, change management, business analysis or HRISrelated fields is a plus.
