What will I be doing?
The
Spyce Supervisor will report to the Spyce Manager and the Director of Food and Beverage.

The Supervisor will be responsible for directly supervising and training Team Members to ensure company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety regulations are followed.

This Supervisor will ensure labour and other operating expenses are maintained within budget, and will be responsible for monitoring payroll, through Time Saver.

This Supervisor will increase levels of Guest satisfaction through proactive training and analysis of Guest comment cards as well as all other duties as assigned.

_This temporary position will run from approximately April 2018-September 2018._

Experience

• Minimum 1year Supervisory experience
• 2 years' serving experience in a casual dining atmosphere

Skills

• Superb communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong multitasking ability
• Conflict resolution skills

Requirements:

• Smart Serve Certified
• Required to provide a certificate proving completion of the Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers (ecourse provided by the Ministry of Labour)
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel's satisfaction.
