As a Product Adoption Manager, you will guide & advise a wide variety of partners, ensure they launch Backup Radar successfully, and are continually driving business value from Backup Radar.

You'll work closely with partners to discover their business needs and challenges. This also includes coaching them on the best ways to use Backup Radar to solve their main pain points.


Working closely with Backup Radar's Partner Development and Product teams, you'll provide input into strategic partner plans to help identify areas where existing partners could improve their use of Backup Radar.

From time to time you may also work with Partner Development Executives to advise prospective partners on the best ways to launch Backup Radar within their company.

Responsibilities.

  • Gain unique insights into how tens of thousands of IT professionals operate.
  • Ensure new customers are engaged throughout the onboarding process
  • Follow up with new partners and overcome any hurdles to ensure adoption
  • Ensure existing partners remain engaged with the platform, providing product updates and guidance on best practices
  • Schedule multiple Zoom calls with the customer's technical team to walk through setup, configuration, and best practices.
  • Liaise with the support team if any technical issues or limitations arise during the onboarding process.
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure existing partners remain engaged with the platform, providing product updates and guidance on best practices

Qualifications.

  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication ability (you need to be fluent and highly proficient in English).
  • Dedicated to great customer service.
  • Adaptive and have no problem constantly learning about a changing technical product, even when it's a little out of your depth.
  • Are creative, collaborative, optimistic, communicative, intellectually curious, and clever.
  • Able to quickly iterate and improve as a perpetual learner and teacher.
  • Have a strong sense of time management.
  • Pay incredible attention to detail.
  • Have a proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and work rapidly in timecritical situations.
  • Ability to build rapport with our partners.
  • A strong desire for continued professional growth.

Preferrered Skills:

  • You have experience with MSP PSA tool (ConnectWise PSA preferred, but Autotask PSA, Kaseya BMS, Pulseway PSA, etc.)
  • You have worked in the MSP industry.
