Do you love creating elegant outdoor spaces? We are looking for an enthusiastic foreman to join our growing team in Victoria, BC.

The Foreman will be responsible for leading a team of masons and landscapers and ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in masonry works.
  • Experience in masonry landscape construction is required: driveway, patio, walkway, retaining
  • Experience operating equipment such as mini excavators and skid steers is a plus
  • Proven leadership skills that results in safety, productivity, quality and a team culture
  • Ability to read site plans and lead crews to assure work is completed as per specifications
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong work ethic
