Do you have an eye for detail and provide excellent customer service? Then this job is for you In this role as a Parts Consultant, you will complete various tasks such as organizing parts inventory and assisting clients with orders.


Responsibilities:


  • Organize and maintain inventory of parts and accessories
  • Receive and process parts orders from customers and technicians
  • Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette when assisting customers with inquiries or orders
  • Taking payment and handling cash for customer orders
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts department

Qualifications:


  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with automotive parts and accessories is a plus

Salary:
$15.00 per hour
