WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DRIVEN, HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND EXPERIENCED OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE
TO HELP FUEL THIS GROWTH.

The individual role will be focusing on the following:

  • Developing an outbound sales strategy to aggressively and proactively target new customers and market segments
  • Conduct the full sales cycle from prospecting to after sales support. This involves building and fostering strategic relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through project implementation. This includes collaborating closely with in house engineers
  • Attend trade shows and industry events
  • Leveraging our internal CRM system to drive the most out of new and existing customers. Report relevant KPI's

Desired skills and experience:

This position requires a select combination of skills to be highly effective, these include:

  • Proactive & sales focused mindset and attitude
  • A demonstrated ability to sell is a must, with experience in technical sales an asset.
  • A strong understanding of mechanical concepts
  • This person will be selling a technical product to sophisticated buyers. They will also need to interact with in house engineers. While an engineering degree is not a requirement, it would be an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor degree in Business Management or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years work experience

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Competitive total compensation $120,000 $200,000+
  • Base Salary $75,000 $100,000 depending on experience
  • Commission target of $25,000 to $125,000+
