- Monitors appropriate financial, human resources, equipment and environmental issues of Primary Health Care programs and services within Prairie Mountain Health.
- Oversees the development of policies and procedures related to Primary Health Care programs and services.
- Instrumental in the planning and development of sustainable programs.
