The ideal candidate will have a solid background in municipal real estate insurance commercial law with experience in drafting negotiating structuring counselling on contracts.

Exceptional organizational facilitation interpersonal skills are essential along with effective task management under conflicting demands timelines.This position requires negotiation facilitation mediation presentation skills adaptable for diverse audiences.

The successful applicant must possess advanced analytical problem-solving research decision-making abilities outstanding written verbal communication capabilities.

A strong capacity for interpreting anticipating conveying complex technical abstract information is crucial.Additionally flexibility working outside regular business hours as needed is desired
