  • N-15-24Clinical Managers are responsible for overall management and coordination of client services and employee supervision at one or more of the assigned Community Services sites of the Mental Health Program. As members of the Mental Health Team, Clinical managers work within a team environment to develop, promote and enable access to a variety of Mental Health services.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum four (4) year Bachelor degree in a health related field such as Mental Health, Addictions and
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Mental Health, Addiction and Substance Use Health
  • Relevant and significant leadership or project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and with respect in an oral and written format with clients, public, colleagues and other health disciplines
  • Demonstrated effective critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated effective team building and coaching skills
  • Demonstrated commitment and achievements with ongoing clinical professional development
  • Demonstrated commitment and achievements in quality improvement
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient and employee safety
  • Experience working with unions and union contracts
  • Demonstrated knowledge of _the Occupational Health and Safety Act _
  • Demonstrated understanding of formal and informal systems in an organizational environment
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with minimum $2,000,000 liability insurance
  • Embodies the LEAN ideology by actively and continually seeking opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Must have demonstrated ability to meet the attendance standards of the Hospital
  • Bilingualism preferred (French/English)
