About you
We are currently looking for a seasonal Receptionist / Clerical support with minimum of 2 years of relevant office experience.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to a wide array of clients,
- Office duties, including file assembly, file management, preparation of client invoices and statements,
- Superior customer relations and communication (oral and written) skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment;
- Good computer skills and a working knowledge of MS Office products
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multitasked, fastpaced and changing environment and the ability to work on multiple engagements concurrently.
What we offer
Job Types:
Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 2.5 months
Salary:
$15.00-$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
