Position Summary:

  • Performs a variety of administrative support functions such as word processing, composing, and signing correspondence, typing program reports and documents from notes and/or recording devices, and answering general inquiries relate to programs and policies

Shift Rotation/Hours of work:

Monday to Friday, Days - 08:00 to 16:00

Qualifications:


  • Grade 12, a certificate from a recognized office administration certificate program, plus oneyear recent related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Holds a Class 5 Drivers License as required by program.

  • Ability to type 50 wpm.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.

This position supports the NW Specialized Nurses and the MHSU Outreach, it reports to the Program Lead for Specialized Nurses.
