    POSTING -

    MEDICAL RADIATION TECHNOLOGIST

    (CASUAL)

    Casual Medical Radiation Technologist positions are available in the Diagnostic Imaging Department at North Wellington Health Care, Palmerston and District Hospital site.

    These positions are non-unionized.

    REQUIREMENTS:

  • CMRTO Designation
  • Membership with CAMRT and OAMRT an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to work responsibly in a team environment
  • Demonstrated effective communications, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with many and varied internal and external individuals, groups, and agencies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Other duties as required

    • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Satisfactory performance and attendance required
  • Satisfactory Reference Checks required prior to start date
  • Must provide a Police Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Must complete a Pre-Employment Health Assessment including providing proof of full COVID vaccination prior to being hired

    • HOURS OF WORK:

  • As per department schedule
  • Must be available for all shifts
  • On an as needed basis

    • Salary: $ -$ per hour
