What you'll do:
- Welcoming and checking in patients upon their arrival to the clinic and providing worldclass service to ensure patient comfort.
- Answering calls and responding to messages, providing information relevant to the inquiry.
- Knowledge of procedures and products, and sharing treatment information with patients professionally and confidently.
- Actively sharing marketing initiatives and promotions with patients to provide an excellent patient experience with full service and sales support.
- Processing patients' payments and scheduling reoccurring and follow up appointments.
- Conducting confirmation of appointment and retention phone calls.
- Address patients' questions and concerns about treatments and products.
- Responds and resolves issues and concerns with patient and, escalating concerns to the Clinic Manager, as needed.
- Providing feedback and suggestions to Clinic Manager to improve Patient Experience.
- Supporting with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Other responsibilities, as required.
What you will bring along:
To be successful in this role, you are someone who's focused on patient care and customer service and preferably have worked within or is passionate about the integrative medical field.
- At least 2 years' related experience in health, beauty and wellness industry or medical receptionist.
- Previous experience working in a private medical, dental or optometry practice, and/or beauty/skincare sales is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience with pointofsale transactions is an asset.
- Experience with provincial and insurance billings would be viewed favorably.
- Open and honest communication and strong relationship
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records.
