Job Duties

  • Manage fullcycle execution of global direct response paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter with a strong emphasis on rapidly scaling a budget and evaluating new advertising channels/partners;
  • Serves as a data expert for analysis by being comfortable using SQL & python to make informed business decisions;
  • Initiate market research studies;
  • Establish distribution networks;
  • Increase revenue coming from our ads channel
  • Building out ad experiments, leveraging the power of your customer knowledge to acquire new business & increase our conversion rates;
  • Own agency and partner relationship and build a team of external contractors (SEM/PPC, Creatives Agencies, etc.) to ensure smooth operations of our growth initiatives;
  • Run and optimize app store ads;
  • Interview customers & implement this knowledge into our GTM strategy across all channels;
  • New experiments to optimize the conversion rate;
  • Constantly optimizing the sales pipeline built from your efforts to keep a 40%+ close rate;
  • Build scripts, scrapers, leveraging the latest technology to create the best possible customer experience at all stages of the funnel;
  • Contribute to the growth of other channels (outbound, ads, organic, customer referral, social media) through collaborative experiments;
  • Proactively identify channel optimization and growth opportunities leveraging constant testandlearn approach to a/b test messaging, content and to improve overall efficiency;

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Development, Information Technology, Comp Science or a related field
  • 3 years of growth experience for SaaS, B2B Business
- building channels from scratch that drive significant revenue for the business
- tying advertising spend & performances to sales pipeline results
- driving new experiments and optimizing current ones to maintain fast growth.
- building growth projects and analyzing results by leveraging SQL queries and/or analytics tools (Amplitude, SQL analysis)
- project management
- technical skills including APIs, workflows, automation, webhooks, and scraping
- coding skills including Python

  • Attribution (Dreamdata) & pipeline management & Reverse ETL tools (Hightouch)

Salary:
$111,691.00 per year
