Under the supervision of the Supervisor - Employee Services, the incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day management, training and support of the Employee Services team.
In a context of centralization and implementation of best practices to ensure service optimization and adequate support to the global Human Resources team in Canada.
This position requires an on-site presence. We offer the possibility of telecommuting for 2 flexible days per week.Participate in the Human Resources transformation, including:
Qualifications:

Employee Data Management;:
- Coordinate various continuous improvement initiatives including: HR data improvement, transactional process review, employee experience improvement.
- Implement audits and checkpoints for HR transactional processes to ensure timely data quality.
- Participate in technology projects: data and dashboards, training software and HR data system.
Business processes and procedures;:
- Internal process review and recommendations
- Mapping of Employee Services processes;
- Ensure the smooth running of current operations: creation of new employee profiles and changes to employee records to support the various client groups (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Human Resources);
- Oversee the improvement of data quality.
Management of administrative tasks;:
- Provide training to employees under his/her supervision;
- Coordinate requests received from various HR departments and ensure that they are completed in a timely manner;
- Ensure data compliance in the various information systems (internal audits);
- Produce the various reports required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources in a similar position;
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant field;
- Bilingualism essential;
- Comfortable with new technologies and good knowledge of computer tools (MS Office);
- Flexible and able to adjust to frequent changes;
- Good communication and team spirit;
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
